COORDINATION OF THE CEREMONY
AND THE RECEPTION DAY
500 EUR

1. Three meetings before the wedding day – discussing organization details, the ceremony and reception scenario and a  range of coordinators’ responsibilities
2. Contact with main subcontractors, fixing commission details
3. On the wedding day – coordination of the preparations to the ceremony and reception
4. Coordination of the course of the ceremony and reception (until 1 a.m.)
5. Supervision over the subcontractors’ work
6. The care of children with a special entertainment program (paid additionally)

Other services and their prices will be negotiated. The final range of services and the pricelist are included in the agreement.
